Order & Return Policy – Laha
- Orders are delivered within 7–10 days.
- You can inspect your order upon delivery, and a decision must be made while the courier is present.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed after the courier leaves, so please make sure to check your items and size carefully.
Exchange Policy:
- If you’d like to change the size, you must return the order immediately with the courier and request the new size.
- A new shipping fee will be applied (treated as a new order).
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- A confirmation/shipping fee is required to confirm your order.
Why do we ask for this?
- To reduce cancellations and ensure your order is reserved and shipped as quickly as possible ✨
Important Notes:
- The confirmation fee is non-refundable.
- If you return the package with the courier, the fee will cover the return shipping.
- We are not responsible for any shipping fees paid directly to the courier.

- يتم توصيل الطلب خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام.
- متاح معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام، ويجب اتخاذ القرار أثناء وجود المندوب.
- لا يمكن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد استلام المندوب للطلب، لذلك يُرجى التأكد جيدًا من المقاس والقطعة قبل الاستلام.
الاستبدال:
- في حالة الرغبة في تغيير المقاس، يتم تسليم الطلب للمندوب فورًا وطلب المقاس الجديد.
- يتم احتساب الشحن مرة أخرى كطلب جديد.
الدفع عند الاستلام (COD):
- يتم دفع رسوم شحن أساسية لتأكيد الطلب.
لماذا يتم دفع رسوم تأكيد؟
- لتقليل الإلغاء وضمان حجز الطلب وتجهيزه وشحنه في أسرع وقت ✨
ملاحظات مهمة:
- رسوم التأكيد غير قابلة للاسترداد.
- في حالة إعادة الطلب مع المندوب، يتم خصم تكلفة الشحن من رسوم التأكيد.
- الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي رسوم يتم دفعها مباشرة للمندوب.
